When will the gates start closing?

The gates will officially be closed at noon on January 25, 2021.

When and where do I need to pick up my access card?

You can pick up your access card from our office no later than January 23. Make sure to bring a form of ID.

How will my friends and family enter the community?

It’s simple! You will allow your guests to enter the gates from your cell phone. We will use the phone number we have on file for you. Guests will pull up to the gate and look up your name on the call box. The gate will call you directly and when you answer and press 9, the gate will open.

What if I lose my access card?

No biggie. Stop by the office and we will replace your access card for a fee of $25.

What if my access card isn’t working?

If your resident access card does not work, we are here to help. Stop by the office for a replacement. If it is after hours, simply use the call box to open the gate as you would for a guest.

What if the gate isn’t working?

If the gate does not open using your access card or the call box, contact the office immediately. If this occurs after hours, call our office line and go through our answering service. Ask them to contact our on-call maintenance team for assistance and we will quickly work to get you home.
